My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, with incredibly clean and beautifully decorated rooms that made me feel right at home. The location near Patan Durbar Square was perfect for exploring the rich history of the area. Although the staff were friendly and efficient, I did find some aspects of the service could use improvement. Overall, I felt I got good value for my money, but a few adjustments would make it an even better experience.
